
55 year old Alvin Wolff hasn't let anything stop him from taking his bicycle for a spin....not even a bum hip!
He loves the open road and the wind in his hair.
The sunshine motivates him to ride 100 miles a week...But he's also motivated by the thought of gold because he's training for the Senior Olympics.
Alvin is entered in 5 events at the Senior Olympics this year.
He also entered to compete at squash...To reclaim his title from last year because he won gold.
Right now his training regimen is all about exercise
He loves biking so much he even wrote a book about it
As for the Olympics, he knows he has a right to win!
To compete in the Senior Olympics you have to be over 50 years old
He says he doesn't feel like a senior citizen.
He's biking with the best of them and he says he'll do it until he body can't do it anymore!
