I was injured in a car accident and a co employee was driving. I was told by my lawyer that I cannot bring a claim against the driver and that my only recorse is workers compensation. Is this correct?

A: A new case out of the Western District of Missouri, Robinson v. Hooker, now allows claims against co employees.  If you've been in a similar situation and it has been within the last 5 years, you should have another look and get your claim filed before the statute of limitations runs.  If you have any questions, feel free to call.
