How can some lawyers advertise discounted fees?
A: They really can't except in exceptional cases where there is a $200,000 case with only $25,000 of insurance. These cases are few and far between and offers for discounted fees are generally a bait and switch to get the client in the office and then present them with a contract which provides for regular fees.
