Policy Limits Bench Trial Verdict For Wrongful Death of Man Scared To Death On Airport Runway
The client's husband died when his oxygen delivery system failed on a Las Vegas Airport runway. Because his ticket was purchased with a Mastercard, there was a $200,000 accidental death policy paid to a traveler dying on a common carrier without preexisting illness. Decedent was 80 years old and had heart disease.
