I represent the survivors of a 43 year old deceased African American woman. She leaves behind her husband dependant on her for financial support, a grown daughter 28. She is not getting any financial support. College son 22. Deceased was paying about 1,200 a month for son and has $8,000 left for tuition. There is a mother in her late 60s and deceased was her only child no financial support given. The family was all getting along well and I want to help maintain family unity.
