Working Through The Injury

Last week I wrote about being able to related to my clients due to a shoulder injury.  It's now 5 days out.  Function returns a little each day although I cannot move my arm to the side without help.  On Tuesday I saw an orthopedist who performed range of motion tests on me.  He sent me for an MRI arthorgram which was painless but required me to be in a noisy confined tube for about 30 minutes.  I have a small rotator cuff tear and I am in physical therapy.  I've been given 3 exercises to do 2-4 times a day.  I am doing them and it's easier to do them in water.  Fortunately I'm back to bike riding but my movement is very tender.  There are things I cannot do it is frustrating.
If you're in this situation, I feel your pain.  Give me a call at 314 5844109 and let's talk.
