Medication Errors

I have a client who is paralyzed because a hospital nurse unhooked the blood thinner he was supposed to be getting.  The drug that was supposed to prevent him from having  a stroke was abruptly discontinued and he had was is called a rebound effect which caused him to have a major stroke.  As a result his life's path has been drastically altered. He was being evaluated for a heart transplant...that's out.  He was working two jobs...that's out.

Here's where I come in.  There was an 1800 page medical record.  There was one reference to what occurred.  I found it.  I obtained experts from Vanderbilt and Harvard.  He will get justice although the money is never worth the injury.

If you've had an experience like this,  give me a call for a free consultaion.  314-584-4109.
