Brachial Plexus Birth Injuries

Brachial plexus injuries are sometime caused at birth by the doctor pulling too hard on the baby's head when it is in a position where it is not safe to do so.  These cases are vigorously defended in three ways: 1. The injury occured before the doctor was involved in that the natural forces of labor caused the injury ;2. There was no shoulder dystocia which is where the baby was hung up; 3.  It was necessary to save the baby's life.

These medical malpractice cases are all winnable if your lawyer takes the time to know the record and the medicine.  We have handled these cases sucessfully over the last 30 years.  Give us a call at 314-584-4109.
