All Driver's Duties When They Drive

All drivers in all states have a duty to use the highest degree of care while operating a motor vehicle.  Be it a truck, car or motorcycle, the right to drive is a privilege.  If someone is eating, drinking, talking on their phone, texting, or putting on makeup that person has breached their contract with the citizens of the state in failing to use the highest degree of care.  If you've been hurt because of somebody's carelessness, call Alvin Wolff Jr. and Associates at 314-241-2500.  We have 30 + years of getting the job done for our clients.
